Suffolk Coastal Clearances is a third-generation family business, serving Suffolk since 1977. It’s run today by Lisa and Molly, based in Leiston, alongside our two trading post shops on the High Street and Cross Street.
How We Started
From Clearances to a Shop of Our Own
Suffolk Coastal Clearances started as a house clearance business, and it became clear early on that a lot of what we were clearing out still had real life left in it. Rather than send usable furniture and antiques to landfill, we opened our own trading post shops in Leiston, so those items could find a second home instead.
